Cultivating Mindfulness with Flower Essences
Date: Saturday, April 4, 9:00am - 11:00am
True transformation occurs from the inside out, and cultivating self-awareness is key to the journey. Flower essences are gentle medicines that help us identify self-limiting patterns through the development of the inner witness. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention on purpose, without judgement, to the experience of the present moment. Together, these tools act synergistically to support us in awakening to our full potential.
Join us for an experiential workshop incorporating self-reflective mindfulness practices and an exploration of how flower essences are essential plant allies on the journey inward. Create a custom flower essence blend to take home.
